Three-day diet: 2kg less in 3 days

FIRST DAY

Breakfast: Mix two soft-boiled egg yolks with a teaspoon of honey. With the meal drink tea with lemon of coffee (without sugar).

Lunch: 100g of cheese + 50g of cooked carrots + 50g cooked broccoli + 50g of cooked cauliflower – take the ingredients and make a cream from them in a blender. With the meal add tea or coffee with a teaspoon of honey.

Dinner: A bowl of clear vegetable soup, a slice of a whole-wheat bread and apple / pear / orange.

Before going to bed: Tea with lemon.

SECOND DAY

Breakfast: Same as the first day

Lunch: Make a cream from one soft boiled egg, a tablespoon of honey and 100g of cheese. With the meal drink tea with lemon or coffee.

Dinner: 150g of fish or chicken file, small plate with vegetable salad and tea with lemon.

THIRD DAY

Breakfast: Same as day 1 + one apple.

Lunch: 50g of cheese, a slice of whole-wheat bread and a bowl of fresh vegetables with a lemon juice.

Dinner: 300g cooked vegetables, one soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with one tablespoon of honey.

Note: Every day try to eat at least half lemon! ! !
