  • 500ml water
  • 500ml yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons black tea
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon curry

Preparation:

Boil the water and then add all the ingredients, except the yogurt. When the drink cools down, mix it with the yogurt. This magical drink is better to use it as a dinner replacement. After that you have not to eat anything, only water is allowed.
